More nonsense about Academy (1 Viewer)

Apparently it is up to a 3rd party to make a plan and source all the resources for the club to retain its Academy.

CCFC have no responsibility in this matter, the fact that a number of their employees rely on the Academy is no reason for the management of CCFC to take any action.

I think this is an appalling abrogation of responsibility & a wholly unacceptable lack of care.

It's pretty clear CA has given up on the academy as he won't pursue a second method of communication i.e. face to face. Clearly it's everyone else's responsibility to pursue EVERY course of action to save the academy not his. Clearly I wasted my time sending emails, signing petitions and opposing the planning application on line.

Still, at least CA can explain it all at the SCG tonight. Oh wait, no he can't. Another bullet dodged.

They will probably let it all collapse. Then blame other parties. Then evidence some of the youngsters who came through like Wilson, Maddison and RCC. They will then spend the next decade in court claiming their business plan was wrecked by others trying to sue for damages.

If the Save our City campaign is going to ask everyone apart from the football club to do their bit. He probably didn't want that quote from Mr Breed right above the paragraph about the one sided campaign........
