I said this a few weeks ago, he’s great at getting that extra 10% out of players who are limited, but will give you 100%

player switch ability turn out to require kid gloves - it’s stupid, but unfortunately that’s the way of the world

as you’ve said - creating a siege mentality is his forte. He’s struggled at every stable club he’s managed

But he also got a lot out of excellent players in Gyokeres and Hamer?

Given the fact that Gyokeres was clearly identified as someone who had significant talent by Brighton I’d argue that was more to needing game time and confidence.

I’d also argue Hamer fits into that category. We were lucky to identify him.

O’Hare though is someone I would say though has developed brilliantly whilst under Robins

If that was the case with Gyokeres why didn't Potter manage it?

I’d imagine because Brighton felt they had better players at the time. Ultimately Robins gave Gyokeres the chance, but I’d argue if it weren’t us - someone else would have and got the same results.

Brighton released Gykokeres for peanuts then?
Hamer developed under us!!
I think OHare had raw talent and was just given game time. He has mercurial brilliance but I don't think he has the basic consistency that makes a great player.?

Robins has lots of attributes but isn't perfect. But he has been a godsend to us.
