Come on then, let's settle this.

In or Out?

Personally, I don't want him to leave or be sacked.

Mowbray could play strikers in goal and it wouldn't be his fault.

Give him a Few more weeks to see what happens. Time might be running out though.

Changing the Manager will not give us a new team.
Ultimately our owners set the budget,

Do we have the lowest budget in the league? A good manager should be able to work within a budget and get the best system based on the players surely?

A bit more time yet, probably not to many good options available out there, I would like to see Warnock but can't believe he could be bothered with this basket case

It's pointless. Sisu are a managers dream. They retain managers longer than average and tolerate failings far far longer.

It's a dream job for Mowbray. He can sit and fail and never has to take the blame.

One game.

Win, he stays for now.
Draw or lose, it's time to go.

The team is underfunded so we have kids and has beens.
We got lucky last season but our luck has ran out.
Not Mowbrays fault. Managers not the problem here.

How is it underfunded? How are other league one teams winning games?

How are 23 teams doing better than us then, do we have the 24th smallest budget in the league? I don't think so.

I'd tell him to stop messing about, and if results don't improve look too get somebody else in ready for January. A few more games though, see if he makes any more.silly decisions.

They have more money and/or less turnover of players?

Perhaps the owners are creating a more positive environment for a manager and the players to work in.

If you don't agree, our owners must be appointing the wrong managers to work successfully with the budget (you feel is adequate) they have provided.

Nick every manager fail is an owner fail. It can't be anything else.

So we have the lowest budget now? We should be nowhere near the bottom with this squad.

So we should blame seppala for things like having 1 in midfield today?

Plenty of postives - still only 8 points off the play offs, one game closer to SISU leaving, Stevenson looked good and likely to start next match!

Him looking good would usually mean he is going to be played on the wing next week or something strange.

We've only lost 3 out of 8. Yes, I know we've won none, but in defensive terms we actually look okay, and that's been our achilles heel for far too long. Give him time and things will work out.

No. But how many years do you give them to get things right? Who hasn't she appointed who has appointed someone currently at the club?

You brought Seppala up. Now start listing her strengths, her good decisions, how she has moved the club forward. She is a self proclaimed real estate expert along with her husband. How has Coventry City benefited from their expertise? She is a self proclaimed financial expert, so evidence ? Investments she has brought to the club?

She ultimately is responsible for the reputation and progress at the club Nick. She didn't arrive yesterday. Stop defending her and start justifying her.

He's not defending anyone, he's asking who's fault is it that we started the second half of a football match with a tiny 19 year old right midfielder in his first full season in the football league, on his first start back from injury, in centre midfield? There are a million and one things to blame SISU for that are their fault - no need to apportion blame to them for tactial ineptitude of the manager.

Ha that's hilarious. I was defending her for not blaming her for the stupid tactics. Course.

Is it like when the bloke blamed sisu for Murphy missing a penalty last season too?

Because that's the only account I have? What's your point?

Quick, keep moving the goalposts when you get pulled up on something.
