Priority this summer should be a Reda/Turner type player who is not always injured. The gamble with injury prone Reda failed, but there must be someone out there who can do a good job.
I think most don't want him sacked. They just want him to see what we all see and do something about it.
At the moment it seems like he just hopes it all comes right again. Well it's not going to happen.
Teams aren't suddenly going to forget the way we play. They have all set out their stalls to nullify us and just 3 wins in 16 games clearly shows those systems are working.
You put a plan in place. The opposition then try and counter that plan and then you in turn try and make adjustments so your plan still works.
Have we seen any of that at all during this slump?
