The truth is our midfield is just not good enough. It's far worse than last season and also Murphy had a fear factor that took defences with him.
Now we have a weak insipid midfield that can be overrun at will and jones and Reid are not posing real threats during games.

It might well be the case that no manager will be successful, but that doesn't mean they in turn have to be an abject failure.
We are 4 points adrift of safety and not one single win under our belts.
Just because under Sisu we may never go up or reach the play-offs doesn't mean we should be bottom of the table and doing this badly.
I am totally and utterly convinced that with the right manager this team would be much closer to the other end of the table than this end.
Too simplistic an answer to just blame Sisu here. They allow TM to bring the players in, but they do not pick the team, choose the formation, make the substitutions and dictate the tactics.
That is all down to one man unfortunately.

And if we were fan owned, with say the 10th biggest budget in the league and we were rock bottom with Mowbray doing the same it would be all the manager.
