That's a shock, first few episodes were ok some good one liners but I wouldn't have it as the best
Awful, awful "comedy".
For me the IT Crowd should've won that. Loved Car Share, Peep Show, The Office and Green Wing too.
I'd have had Early Doors and Derek in there too

No, because they only made albums and never a sitcom, though Ghost Town, with a main character named Rudi might have been a novel concept.The Royle Family would piss on most of them listed and should have been included due to having it's last show in 2000.
