Slightly against what GIMOC has been told, I've just been told it was 3 to 4 weeks from when they discovered the injury severity from his scan.

Which was last Friday. Been told he will be back for Bristol City away League game, so should only miss Stoke and Oxford

But I still have my concerns.

All well and good having a verbal agreement in place but if someone comes in, offers us Over 15 Million and he quadruples his wages I'm sure any gentlemens agreement can just be binned off no?

You would think they discussed that openly. Hence why the new contract and substantial wage rise mitigates?

I agree also but the reality is though he will only go for very good money so if a PL team did offer let’s says 20m then we have mega mega money for us and he won’t be sold without a good replacement you would assume. So whatever happens happens we hold all the cards.
