SISU would be better off.
Offering Hoffman the new CEO role.
Give him all power to make decisions.
They become a very silent partner.
However his couple of million is spent on the club.
He strikes his long term rental deal.
He galvanises the fans.
He does everything most of us understands that needs to be done for the good of the football club
Building bridges with the council, Wasps and most importantly the fans.
He drops the legal action.

In all seriousness, why not?
It would unite most of the fans.
Hoffman would not be despised in the manner Tim Fisher seems to be.
SISU would not have to crystallise their loses.
The investors money could be spent on the squad. Giving us the top budget for division 4.
Our long term future would be secure.
If the legal action was dropped we would have the council and Wasps as partners.
SISU would still have ownership, so they could slowly chip away at the debt by taking a percentage of all income.
They just stay well out of the whole thing and leave Hoffman as the manager of their investment.
When you look at his background he is more than up to the job.

It would only work if Joy was prepared to be a silent partner and stay well out of it.
SISU made the mistake years ago when they moved away from investing in the best young talent and aiming for promotion.
To cost cutting and trying to devalue businesses.
A return to a realisation that the only way to recoup your money is success on the pitch would be very welcome

Why would Hoffman and whoever else is involved put money into the club without getting ownership?

Why would Sisu appoint a CEO they know if actively trying to get rid of them?

Why would SISU let him drop the legal action?

So what better way than to put the future of the club in his hands. with the club having the best budget in the league.

If he is running the club you negate him as a threat.
