I take back everything I said about the kit. After seeing it properly yesterday I like it. I would prefer if the "royal" blue were more sky blue (maybe slightly darker than the sky blue of the shirt) but apart from that I do like it. Still won't buy one though ..........

That was the best kit in years! I got mine. Overall I like it. I like the round collar. I'm not too keen on the weird honey cone pattern at the top. I'm glad there's no sponsor logo on it, although it's for a great cause it's a really cheap looking design!!

Thing is I don't have a problem with people buying it. but honestly it will be out of date at Xmas because that is when the charity sponsorship finishes then you have to get the new one?

That is not my point. When the sponsor is a charity, surely to get the best "charity" for said charity you need to get people noticing it. Not putting it on the supporter's shirt is crap if you ask me.

I can, it would be nice to have them on all of them for the whole season and have people walking round with them on. If they did put them on and in 3 months change it to SISU International then people would go mad I guess that their shirts are out of date.
At least if they have nothing, they could potentially put the new sponsor on in the future if wanted?

Which is fair enough. Having a charity on the front would be chartiable and for the specific cause, however as Nick and Willie have pointed out, what the point in printing all the new shirts with a sponsor that will not be in date in three months?
Are you getting a new home shirt by the way?

Is it not the case that they have released a specific number of shirts now, prior to them releasing more shirts at christmas? Are the next batch going to have the proper sponsor on or be sponsor-less as well?
If the shirt had the charity on would it have stopped you buying one? Or would you buy one and then when the new sponsor is out would you buy another one?
I just personally think this batch of shirts should have had the charity on. Even if they gave you the option it would have been better.
No I am not. I would if they had the charity on and said £5 from each shirt goes to the charity.

I agree that the option should be there for people to purchase it with the shirt however I think if you speak to the club during purchase you might be able to arrange it.
In a ideal world that would be the case, this isn't an ideal world.

This is the thing ...... An Ideal World. There is a lot of Ideal World's in this situation. However, we are where we are. Sisu/Otium need to realise that the situation is far from ideal, so they need to make it far more "ideal" for the fans by offering as much as possible. Offering shirts with/without charity, and saying £5 per shirt goes to the charity I think shirt sales would be a lot higher. This is 1 thing I think they should have done along with others to make this situation far more "Ideal".

Then oversaw and masterminded a sequence of events that's culminated in our previous shirt sponsor - the biggest deal we've ever had in our history when signed in 2010 - bailing out, and being followed by loyal organisations such as the Coventry Building Society, who pulled no punches in confirming that: 'due to the situation at the club, we are unable to proceed with a new contract at this time'.
With gates having dropped by almost 90%; and us agreeing a deal with Sixfields, the net result of which is that we actually pay more per head than we did under the 'monstrous' deal at the Ricoh; and we're hamstrung on subsequent year's squad expenditure given the forward FFP situation; kinda makes you wonder.

If that is the case:
1. Why are they not promoting this?
2. I still think they should sell the shirts at £35 with £5 going to the charity. By selling the shirts at £35 and offering the extra printing for £5 which goes to charity it suggests they are not prepared to take a hit on their own profits. If they offered it at £35 with £5 going to the charity, and optional sponsorship printing for free then I would buy one. In fact I would buy 2 as I would love to get my daughter one.
