As some people who haven't moved or change their ticket type in any way seem to have had new cards lets hope its not carnage for the rest of us and our old cards still work!

The ground level & concourse in the South Stand is way below the East Stand, hence the wall and the impossibility of joining them seamlessly.

i decided to hop over the low barrier between the seats in block 12 and 13 before yesterdays match. 6 or 7 bib wearers descended on me before i'd got more than a few feet from the barrier. 2 of them were on walkie-talkies. i couldn't believe it. it's not like i was carrying a sniper rifle.
i gave up, and jumped back over the barrier before the sas arrived.

That's a banning order if they've got you on CCTV, hope you were masked up!

Can't believe you would air that on a public forum, especially in the current climate.

Slightly niche one, unsure if anyone knows the answer. A friend has joined us for a ST this year, I created his account with all his details and linked to mine. I ordered his ST but linked to his membership, does anyone know if his card will come to mine or his address? I know with away tickets it would come to mine, unsure on ST being the same. He's out the country, so is unsure if he's received it and I am not sure when I need to start chasing. He's not back until mid next week so will be very tight with the Oxford game.

last year i ordered 3 st's, and they went to the individuals addresses. did the same this year, having moved blocks, but haven't received the new cards yet. so not sure if it will be the same again.

i would chase it if i was you. especially if they are back close to the oxford game. fast forward to next thursday and you might regret not making the call now.

Still waiting for 1 of our 3 (other 2 arrived nearly 2 weeks ago). Phoned up today and they told me the missing one was printed when the others were so should have been received. Asked me to contact them again on Monday if still not turned up.

I was going to ask if anyone thought it was a good idea to chase mine? How soon before Oxford should I expect it? I bought it back in June. Didn't have one the last 2 years as out of the country. and to my horror, I forgot to change my address so the confirmation was for my old house. I phoned them immediately, they changed it and ensured me when it's sent, it will be to the right address. Anyone else order a new one in early June and not got it yet? Ta!

Yes I ordered in June... received it a week ago.

Not had mine but haven’t changed seats so not convinced I will get one. Only seen on here that they are replacing them all. Has there been anything official from the club?

Ordered it on the first day of availability, as I wanted an aisle seat in SS.

Mine just arrived! I will keep the old one just in case! It's got a red stripe on one end to indicate that it's a concession ticket. I think they will have the no marks on the gate checking before you go into the turnstile on match days

Received mine this morning but my 2 lads haven't arrived, just checked their accounts and their addresses are still their old address, I thought I would only need to change mine as I ordered them on my account, I have now updated their address on their accounts and gonna knock the door of the old address later and hope they are there 😂

Had my car broken into the week and the bastards took my season ticket amongst other things (I know, silly me leaving it in the car). Rang the ticket office and they said they can re-print season tickets in 5 mins for £15. So there is always that option for anyone desperate to get it
