If you're making any resolutions what will they be ? I don't bother these days, just content with my lot, so carry on being grateful is my main one.
Not worth saying stopping drinking as that quickly gets broken ! Any suggestions ?

Lose some timber, same as I said 12 months ago, ive gained a stone and a bit in that time......

Your fitness regime sounds the same as nine.
Weight loss through January and February. Managed to keep most of it off until the end of October when I started piling it back on!
Start again next week!
Hope to cut down on time spent on the internet and watching TV as well.

I kept doing the same each year. Last year I didn't. But I stopped pigging out on what I like. This year I lost 2 1/2 stone. Was down to just under 16 st. before Xmas.

Going to do the same. No more resolutions I won't keep to. Hopefully just lose 1 st. Perfect weight for my height and build. Eat and drink what I want other than the munchies I have cut out.

I'm fine. The bloke in the Crown in Bell Green shook my hand. He said let's forget about things. He wanted to stab me two months ago. There's a God !

Ha, I’ve only just realised you were asking for suggestions for yourself! I was saying what mine is going to be.

Oh if it's things for BBR to do.

Watch more dirty ladies through the window when he is cleaning them. When the old man who demands his butter tubs is out, do his wife.

Not spend so much time surfing the internet.
Exercise more.
Consume less sugar.
De-clutter - throw out or donate everything I will never wear or use again.

Actually had a serious think today I’ve got to stop saying yes to people at work and start to put my family first
A colleague phoned in sick for 2 weeks on Christmas Eve so I’ve been in boxing night a long day on the 28 early 29th night shift tonight and back on a night New Year’s Day then nights till the 4th. I’m supposed to be on annual leave to cover for them.
I love my job and find it very rewarding but I think this is exploited by some of the management

To be honest there’s something to be said for a 9/5 job

Cycle more and get into some 34 inch waist jeans that I got at Christmas 4 years ago. I have been struggling for 4 years with Lyme disease and have put on 2 1/2 stone. I’ve lost a bit this year but nowhere near enough. So 2019 is the year.

Isn't that the disease you get off a tic?

Yes. I think I got bitten in Wales when I went to dol y moch as a helper with the local school. 4 years on and I’m still struggling with it.

Fucks sake. Sorry to hear that.
Went to a festival in Heredfordshire some years ago where there were dears and they gave you a leaflet about it on the way in.

It really is nasty and the nhs are pretty shit at dealing with it. I do manage to get courses of antibiotics as and when I need them from someone. I had a massive dose (4 times the recommend amount)for about 10 days in the summer which has kept it at bay since thank god but I’m not sure I’ll ever get rid properly. I really wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

Same as my wife, she grafts but not because of the money but because she likes to help.

Isn't as bad now but people do like to try and take the piss when people genuinely care like that.
