If as Fisher says,CCFC Ltd were just a non-functioning property subsidiary, why did ARVO Ltd "lend" them £10.4m about 18 months ago?? Surely with no assets and no income, they knew it would never be repaid so does this point to premeditated loading of debts into CCFC Ltd as a precursor to the Administration. The common denominator here is the CEO of all three parties involved.....Otium, CCFC Ltd and CCFC Holdings.........Timmy the Fish. Looks like a conflict of interest to me

Can you explain what suing NTFC has to do with this. A totally different issue and to do with Contract Law not the administration process. You sound a little disappointed that the admin. process might be flawed and there might be a re-run. How strange !!

What's strange? By hook or by crook I want us back in Coventry. Nothing more.

As for suing ntfc. I'm annoyed that rather than seeing through their threats to sue NT and the FL they just release another meaninglessness statement aimed st tge FL who patently aren't going to suddenly change their minds.

You and Dadgad are more interested in sniping, it seems.

We should all want the rules and the letter of the law to support us the fans in this sorry mess.
To date it is the fans who have suffered most.
Clutching at straws is maybe all we have and yet if that kicks down the barriers to justice then Paxman, Torcho and all of us should be grateful.
KCIC

Who says I'm not clutching at straws or am not grateful? Where did I say anything to the contrary?
