Ah yes, Gunnarrson and Turner - the rock of Cardiff's successful first season in the Prem. Oh, hang on.Cyruss Christie is our best player. In the next year or so when he moves on we will be lamenting yet another home grown starlet plying his trade up the divisions, like Arron Gunarsson who got plenty of stick on here, likewise Ben Turner. Also if it wasn't for Joe Murphy, another who gets stick on here we would have been well beaten yesterday.

I knew that would bring a predictable immature response but I think if you have a good look both are in the Premiership having helped lead Cardiff to promotion and have played plenty of games this season, would that have happened at Coventry ?Ah yes, Gunnarrson and Turner - the rock of Cardiff's successful first season in the Prem. It was a mistake to play defensive at home.
Not one shot on goal and we were lucky not to concede.
So it was a plan that worked more by luck than judgement.
Are we happy playing this way and getting a 0-0 draw at home against a poor team at the bottom of Division 1?
I must first of all apologise for my apparent predictability, not to mention my immaturity. I just can't help feeling Cardiff are heading back to the C'ship - with a bunch of decent C'ship players. That includes Gunnar and Turner. They've hardly become world beaters since leaving us have they? From what I've witnessed Christie this season, he'll be no loss.I knew that would bring a predictable immature response but I think if you have a good look both are in the Premiership having helped lead Cardiff to promotion and have played plenty of games this season, would that have happened at Coventry ?

Reminds me of the bloke who once contacted Cwr and said Andrew whing would be worth £5 million and play for England.

That ginger one Nick? He looked like a good player. Put some decent balls in to their shit Andy Carroll lookalike upfront!

I'm not a christie hater, but he's not as good as he thinks he is, and agree with PVA. Don't think it's his fault personally, just that with our powderpuff midfield (out of possession) 2 attacking fullback can leave us exposed.
Pressley said he had been looking at the stats for the last few weeks in regards chances created/chances conceded in the fullback area and saw there was an issue there.
I'm far happier with a clean sheet and a point than I would have been getting beat yesterday.

Thats the problem we are not at Home really and the away teams just come to shut up shop and we do not know how to break them down, when we play away we do have some room to manouver and having your full back push up helps with the defendingIt was a mistake to play defensive at home.

Or to put it another way...
Wilson = no goals!? ... Get a grip
Er, maybe the fact that we scored a load of goals with Wilson in the team and not as many without him?
