OK wrong person but the rest of it stands.

I don't doubt that, but we will most certainly have bigger wage bills than a lot of other clubs in this league. Some of which have hammered us.

It is all well and good saying "He hasnt got a budget", "He can't spend millions on players". Most of the other teams in the league can't either.

I don't disagree. But many think our wage bill is 2.7m when there is no proof of such.

Tell that to those who say that our wage bill is 2.7m Nick.

It is the same as when people say "rooney is on 250k a week" or something like that isn't it?

Our wage bill is blatantly more than a lot of teams in this league, we should be competiting with the likes of Crewe on the pitch. No excuses.

Are you saying that I am looking for excuses? If you are I will get my youngest lad to do some more posts for me

Fortunes can be turned round here but not with muppet 1 and muppet 2 pulling the strings. Sepalla has to dump both and quick and get someone compedent in to turn the club round. It can be done, be a bit of a slog, whether that should include Steven Pressley I don't know to be honest, don't like his style of play and I question if the players do but with better players it may turn out okay.

14 out of the 24 teams in league one paid a fee for a player this summer. Not a very good indication though because they are very spread out across the league, although five out of the top six spent money, so did six teams currently in the bottom half of the table, which includes the bottom two sides.

You could argue other managers are faring better, most of the teams in this league have made wholesale changes to their squad usually because championship teams come knocking and have replaced there players better. Oldham a good example, 12 in 12 out in the summer, probably on a tighter budget, currently sitting pretty.

At the end of the day, if the team is doing badly then the manager has to carry the can, whether that is fair or not. Give SP another month to turn things round, then if he hasn't he must go !!!

Is the 2.7 million the playing budget or does that include all the other hangers on and Tim's very generous salary?

£2.7m is just shy of £52k per week, which over a squad of say 24 players (there's probably a lot more when you consider the 16+ year olld part of the development squad) is £2,163 per player per week, given that the average league one wage is £1.5k per week, the £2.7m is probably about right

Until you find a way to increase the money coming in the problem will not go away.

Everything that SISU has done has DECREASED the money coming in. Paying lawyers to handle lawsuits, failing to file accounts, transfer embargoes, moving to Northampton, letting our best players go.

You can't disagree with that, not even Nick
