No tickets / No answers to email (3 Viewers)

Im sure im not the only one.

Ordered tickets last Sat morning (9), waited all week to arrive, nothing, message club, told me to wait till after Sat post (fair enough).

No ticket in post, so followed info on website and emailed the CCFC Ticketmaster email address yesterday at 11.00.

No response from email, strangely also no auto response to email.

Is anybody in the same position?

I was expecting to receive a reply saying "pick up at Box Office on day ticket will be ready, you need to take a xxxxx form of ID with you".

What a shame. Seems you will have to go to the Wembley ticket booth tomorrow. Open from 11 I believe.

I’m in the same boat now queuing on Monday rather than enjoying the day.

Actually spoke to ticketmaster on Friday as the tickets ordered on Monday still hadn’t turned up. Told me they’d send e tickets on Saturday but they never did.

Heard of so many people in the same boat so I’m expecting a big queue when I get there on Monday.

Coach doesn’t leave Bedworth until 9.00 either so not going to get there before 11.00.

Not the clubs fault but wish they’d actually take this up with ticketmaster on our behalf.

Sure it will get sorted but just makes an already nervous pre match worse.

Terrible service ticketmaster is just a rip off service, I was on hold for 25 minutes at 7p per minute only to be told they couldn’t sell me 11 tickets and they only had the bottom tier available

You sound remarkably calm under the circumstances...I'd be doing my nut I think. Dread to think what the ticket office queue might be like, but hopefully it won't take you too long to get sorted. Ticketmaster!!!!

I had to que up last year guys wasn't waiting too long but it's a pain in the arse having to do it when u could be having a few beers

At least Exeter haven't sold many, so that should shorten the queue. Pretty sure they said something about having photo ID (driving licence?), Very annoying but hopeful there won't be a big queue for you. Good luck all !

Me too, queueing up when we should be enjoying the morning!

If you want actual spares then i should be able to provide them, face value though....PM me if interested

probably been stolen in the post and they will be sold in the pubs at Wembley monday! its a ticket touts dream
really because wembley will not sell tickets on the day even though there are plenty of spaces available it makes
those tickets all the more valuable.

Last year my tickets were bloody cancelled!

Got turned away at turnstile

Had tonqueue up and be told they had printed wring seat nunber so csncelled it but didnt bother telling me. They printed my actusl ticket off thete and thrn. Took sbiut 20 mins all in all

Get there early, getting ys tickrt is priority not booze

The thing in life is you should not assume anything, so asking us to email, no worries but there should also be a reply from the to say it's been actioned.

We bought tickets for a show at the Birmingham Hippodrome last year through Ticketmaster. They didn’t come in the post and Ticketmaster said not to worry they would now be behind the counter at the theatre. When we turned up on the night no tickets were there and we had to use an email as proof of purchase. I think Ticketmaster are a rip off and unreliable.

Take your booking confirmation and ID to the West ticket office (come out of Wembley Park tube, go straight ahead and up the ramp, its on the right hand side at the top of the ramp near the stadium store).

They'll cancel the original tickets and issue new ones. The only real difference if you speak to someone ahead of time is that your old tickets will already be cancelled when you get there.

The club chose to use ticket master nobody forced them to do it so they must take part of the responsibility

Agree, club can only do so much, TM are a bit of a shambles although they know how to make money (their sole purose)

And if we don't use Ticketmaster who do we use? Go back to the ropey old PC in an office at Ryton that you couldn't even get on the site.

Ticketmaster are one of the biggest ticketing companies in the world, their client list includes the Olympics, rugby world cup, cricket world cup, wimbledon, ecb cricket, Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs etc but apparently not big enough to handle CCFC.

It is a fans group, not me as an individual. Just to clarify. We've still got 7 spares havibg over ordered.

It wasn't clear to me whether 1) those in this thread were going to be refunded and thus need new tickets or 2) interested in buying replacement tickets. Hence my posts.

We are only offloading at face value, not profiting by being touts.
