Hang on a second, pardon me and my humble apologies if I've misread the situation completely but is the main instigator of NOPM someone who used to go to 1 game every couple of years?

I'm not having a go at anyone but that is quite humorous.

Fascinated to find out who "the main instigator of NOPM" is.
