Always thought something wasn’t quite right. Didn’t make sense how Cardoza was able to get away with what he was doing for so long.

There is an ongoing police investigation. This also includes the former head of Northampton Borough Council who went on to become the MP for Northampton South - the Tories deselected him before the last election.
