Mowbrays has basically picked a formation. And that's it. Squeeze anyone into it, stick by it through thick or thin.

FM 2016

It does seem like it. He has just had his scout find a couple of players so he wants to fit them in where he can.

It was the same last season, then he tried something new and it worked...

Its their second string, how many of that team played in the PL last season?

5 of them, the other 9 players cost approx. £5-7 million in transfer fees. It might be a second string but its still miles better than us and reflected in value.

This is going to be a real test isn't it, to see how we bounce back.

I'd much rather he just threw out some of the reserves as much as he could, and McBean!

While I don't like losing any game, it isn't worth the risk.

lets keep it to 1-6 strengthen and move on.

Nothing to see here tonight, other than a worthless kick about. TM will come good

Thanks to SW and others for keeping us informed. You have ruined my evening but I wouldn't want it any other way. Safe journey home and keep the faith...at least it can't get worse.

Did we really have the same number of players on the pitch as Norwich or did someone miscount?
It seems we can't attack and we can't defend, so what in actual fact are the players doing?

I'm still trying to work out if you're on some elaborate wind up.

NO EXCUSES MOWBRAY AND SISU HAVE KILLED THE CLUB
Yay, we've gone from just Sisu to Sisu and Mowbray.

I think this is going to be One Man And His Dog.

Sisu and Mowbray.

Sisu and Mowbray and Venus.

Sisu and Mowbray and Venus and Clapham.

Sisu and Mowbray and Venus and Clapham and Oggy.

Sisu and Mowbray and Venus and Clapham and Oggy and Ricketts........

Come on, all join in!!!!

Why can't we change formation from game to game Alex Neil said he new how we played easy to work out doesn't seem that 3 at the back is working yet.

I don't care what level they played at, a 6-1 defeat is dreadful. The fact it was our strongest 11 makes it worse. That's 9 conceded in 2 games. Are we fit enough? 8 of the 10 goals have come in the 2ND half.

Norwich might be ex-premier league, but their second string playing tonight are championship standard (overall) at the very most. If we want to be competing to be in the championship, it's an alarming reflection of how far away we are.

No one should be surprised we lost tonight, it was going to happen. However, to lose 6-1 is a thrashing, and displays how weak our competitive edge is. Too many boys, not enough men, and this is our first team.

You've also got to add that two of their attacking players were on our books for the entirety of last season and were poor in large sections. We worked with them every day, and they should have been nullified using the knowledge we had on them.

As has said many times, we should give the team a fair crack of the whip until the end of September when everyone's in and the 'gel' period is over. That said, you'd be foolish not be slightly alarmed with how things are looking at the moment.

You sound like my old teacher from school who ran our years football team, we were dogshit but even if we were 8-0 down going into stoppage time he'd be jumping up and down in the touchline screaming that we could still win it......crazy bastard
My second club is Barnstoneworth United.

Murphy really is a top gent!

As in the friendly he walks the width of the pitch to applaud the city following (the ones who are left)
That is good to hear. Whilst some slated him, I think he was effective for us, given he was a young lad in his first full year of professional football. I hope he does well (and Madison), even if it isn't for the best sides in the champions league.

Still on this one then. Relentless. He's a good player, and you are a thick c**t.

Completely unnecessary.

Go back to about page three of this thread, it was based on a joke made about three hours ago.

Anyway, care to comment on the game? You spend a lot of time on this forum attempting to bully people, without making much footballing insight.
