Not Enough Funds For the JH Statue? (1 Viewer)

According to the telegraph the money for the Jimmy Hill statue was supposed to have been sorted by today but they have extended the deadline until the end of September.. Anyone know how much more is needed and are we likely to pull it off? After all the build up it would be such a shame if nothing actually happens with it!

Anyone got a few grand lying around?

Maybe they want as much as they can get so they can do something else too?
