Yes it was obviously the clubs decision to let Robins go and the club blatantly chose to keep Bell before Mcgoldrick

Yes they didnt offer a competitve deal for Robins to stay, they were not paying rent so they had the money!

If they were not offering stupid contracts to the likes of Bell then they would have the money for McG.

Thats the point.

Until we are confirmed as being back at the Ricoh I will not spend one penny more for the club, if people want to go it's their prerogative and it is up to them.

If we are confirmed back at the Ricoh I will bury the hatchet and consider getting a season ticket/going to multiple home matches this season, if people still refuse to go it is up to them and I respect them for it.

There you go, I completely agree with the OP but manage not to lower myself to insults or general internet trolling, impressive.

what a ridiculous football club we are.

We now have a section of "fans" who consider themselves superior as they will no longer go to support the club anymore and those who do are inferior - not in it for the long term as if they have a better understanding of the current plight.

Not supporting is damaging and dangerous. Less income equals less revenue equals worse squad equals less chance of potential serious investors.

Of course the supporters of this campaign - not one penny more - in all likelyhood last spent a penny at the club pre decimalisation.

One today who is very passionate lives in switzerland so the revenue equation is hardly threatened either way. Another thinks season ticket holders at coventry city are worms (yes he really does). We need to disregard this nonsense and see it for what it really is. A cause without purpose, a protest by those with no desire or intent.

Ignore it. Support the team.
sisu out!!!

I will be going to all home and away games wherever we play, gave it lot thought bout the home games and i do hope turns out tobe at the ricoh of course it does but if it is elsewhere then i will be there wont be happy about it but i dont see while i should miss out on supporting the lads like have done last 35 years way i see it they need al support on the pitch at times like these, as have said have'nt taken this decision lightly but im not gonna let sisu destroy my support for the team....

What makes it even more funny is that the rabid lot who support the campaign, are those who called the exact same people questioning it, Leicester/Villa fans for not supporting sisu in the first place. Even the slightest criticism or doubt of Ranson was met with the same response as those who do not 100% back ACL.

I for one am not interested in watching City play if it is not at the Ricoh if that makes me a NOPM campaigner then so be it.
If we are back at the Ricoh then I will go but will still want to see Sisu leave Coventry. I will still go to away matches to support my team
If you want to go to Walsall or wherever it is fair play to you but I won't be giving you a round of applause for being a better fan then me..............................

I have avoided up to now getting to involved in this debate.
What i don't understand exactly how this campaign means like some are suggesting liquidation, end of our club, no money for players ?

When there were three other non sisu offers for the club were there not ?
Sisu will probably sell but the sooner the better in my book. I can't do another 3-4 years of this !!!!
The longer they are here the more damage will be done to our fan base !!!

Come on guys, it's quite simple is all this! Basically, we just need to agree the following:

The Not One Penny More Campaign:
  • If CCFC is moved outside of Coventry, some fans will choose not to give Sisu/Otium any more money by boycotting all purchasing of home tickets and club merchandise.
  • If CCFC is moved outside of Coventry, some fans will choose to buy home tickets and club merchandise.
  • If CCFC continues to play at the Ricoh, some fans will choose to buy home tickets and club merchandise.
  • If CCFC continues to play at the Ricoh and Sisu/Otium are still in charge, some fans will choose not to give Sisu/Otium any more money by boycotting all purchasing of home tickets and club merchandise.
  • Some fans may change their minds and flit between the different options dependent on how they feel that day/week/month - i.e. If we're doing quite well in the league, they may boycott the boycott; if we're doing terrible in the league, they may decide to join the boycott.
For me, this is a campaign that every City fan can get behind! Together as one, guys! Together as one!!!

whats more pathetic ...
1.Fans who continually accept failure and are more than happy to continue accepting it so they can say " when we went under ...I was there " .
2.Fans who cannot accept failure any longer both on and off the field and will stop spending hard earned cash on a no hope future that will continue to decline regardless of how many turn up because our owners have ZERO interest in the football club or fans .

its up to you of course if you go or stay away , but im staying away ,congrats to those who go , I have better things to spend my money on

Unless of course a JPT semi turns up or a big third round cup tie no doubt.

NOPM will kill our club so by all means for those who want to support continue to do so.

I'll support the team :)

But you still think those that do (the ones not doing what you are, coincidentally) are 'accepting failure' and killing the club. It's a shitty attempt at a guilt trip, much the same as people claiming that those choosing to stay away are lesser fans.

There is no right option, as nobody knows whether staying away will accelerate SISU's exit or just see them fund more losses and pile on more debt. Similarly, nobody knows whether continuing to fund their running of the club will see them eventually improve their position and be more open to a sale, or just see them settle into an ass groove and never leave.

People on one side slagging off the other side are the worst.

Freedom to have an opinion also comes with the freedom to criticise a shitty opinion. Don't get your knickers in a twist.

If you could use pictures exclusively in future that'd be appreciated, words aren't really your thing. Cheers!

To be fair I've been forced to accept failure since the first time my dad took me to a match. So I'm more than ready for it. I refuse to stop watching my team because of c*nt owners though.

That being said, people can do whatever the f*ck they want to do. But if anyone, like yesterday, says I've to no idea what's going on and have my head stuck in the sand with no long term view, because I want to go and watch us play. I'll bite evey single time. And that's pretty much the reason this thread was started.

And again as just to make sure people know, the caveat is we play at the Ricoh.
