You silly man, that's before all the shit hit the fan.
My god its like talking to a brick wall. there is no way we will get a sellout for a JPT semi/final this season under these clouds that cover the club atm
You have no evidence -- all the evidence points exactly the opposite way - people would want the Wembley day out. Amen

You have no evidence you simpleton. What evidence points the other way, please provide evidence at your earliest convenience that even with the NOPM campaign, and the other protesters, we would get a sellout for a JPT final match.
You said all the evidence points the other way so please provide it. It time for you to stand by what you say Duffy, sorry changed your name, Grendel
Vicky was Richardson's lovechild wasn't she?
Think she used to post on LAST too.
Dunno Rev, Nene Park is a lot smaller than The Ricoh...
The evidence is all over the place. Look on this thread alone a large percentage of supporters would go at the Ricoh anyway. On another thread most rational people acknowledged that.
March next year is a long time from now. If you seriously seriously think that people would even remember these discussions then there is no chance. Evidence? Look at every cup run there has ever been and how gates trebled and quadrupled.
Most in here will not support the stupid campaign if we are at the Ricoh as they don't have there head rammed up their own backside and can see the stupidity and folly over it.
NLHWC , he hasn't any evidence has he, he spouts shite and quotes, "he knows this", "he can show this","your wrong and I'm right but I can't prove it"
I'm giving him the chance to prove what he says, that's all
If he started his posts ,"In my opinion " when he goes on one of his "I know this " rants then i'd be fine, but he constantly tries to belittle people on here with his one line sarcastic remarks i'm fed up with the bloke. He's a smart arse, like one or two others on here who do the one line derogative comments all the time.
I want him to prove what he says when he says "the evidence points the other way", what evidence is all i'm saying
Now i'm waiting Grendel for this bloody evidence you have
OMG is that your evidence, I can't believe that's it, you didn't do the due diligence for SISU when they bought the club did you ?
Now try again , but harder or you'll lose face completely.
You said you had evidence so provide it, not just quote some threads you silly man
Do you think i'm "think" or something
Torch once again read what the twonk wrote, he states we would get a big crowd for a semi final of the JPT, I disagree that if this season we get to the JPT semi, which I think he means the Area final, we would get a big crowd.
He can't accept that most of the fans have simply had enough and won't support the club this year, whatever happens, and before anyone else comes in please research my view on this as I am sick of stating it
Rev, I can see your point. Maybe this season with SISU still in charge it will be different, but I seriously doubt it. We got 10K going to Old Trafford in the League Cup while in the Championship and if we said then that we'd get over 30K for the "tinpot" JPT while mid-table in L1, then people would have laughed, but we did.
No one knows for sure, but it wouldn't surprise me.
If they're willing to cover the cost of the groundshare losses for the next three seasons why weren't they willing to spend this money keeping us at the Ricoh? We could have had the F&B revenue cross invoiced and a larger number of fans at the matches than we will groundsharing outside of Cov.I thought sisu said they were covering all the losses the groundshare would bring for the next 3 seasons? Any money they get starved of is irrelevant to them then?

Everyone is assuming that SISU have actually got the money to keep financing our club but suppose they don't. I always thought that the NOPM campaign was to try and starve SISU of any revenue once they announced the groundshare in the hope of getting them to sell up or just leave. They'd already lost my trust and then when they suggested that we play outside of Coventry it really rankled - why should we?
As a business you are normally there to make money, otherwise what's the point in running the damn thing, even not for profit firms have to generate money to re-invest or distribute. If your customers are not coming to you and/or not spending enough with you to cover the cost of running the business you lose money. If you don't make a profit you have to have some way of supporting the losses until you do. Now SISU can't have a bottomless pit of money to keep funding our club and it has to run out at some point. They could borrow some money but I doubt that would be from a Coventry institution or the Yorkshire Bank, also what rate would they get and which company would do the borrowing? Are any of the credit ratings good enough to get a reasonable rate. Hopefully their piggy bank is nearly empty and they will be starved out sooner rather than later.
So as Tim has said that we're never going back to the Ricoh (and I now trust everything he says, even the contradictory stuff) and we're going to groundshare for [at least] three years (which will screw us under FFP) I'm not spending another penny with SISU at the helm. I still support the team as I have done for nearly forty years - but I don't trust SISU at all.

What do you think the realistic outcome of the exercise would be?
Sisu will be like "oh no, about 400 less people have bought a ticket! We are off lads"
Then they'll sell the club to Mr Money McLoaded and he'll magically invest £330m ignoring any FFP rules and we'll get a double promotion for being such good fellas.
Then we'll win the league and get a blowy off the Queen.

The vast majority will not go- this is not about a few hundred believe me
Fecking hell, whats a blowjob??
so the people who are not going are now the bad ones ,this argument cannot be won by either side ,everybody has valid enough reasons as to why they will and will not goI'd rather be a fan who went and accepted failure than a fan who ditched his club at the first sign of failure, you are a prime example of a fan who will ditch the NOPM nonsense at the first hint of success or for the next big game in the cup regardless of owner
We wouldn't be a failure if we could have packed out the Ricoh on a regular basis

... Married?
I'm glad you've been brave enough to ask, as you could be ridiculed for not knowing something like that. I don't really want to give you the details in this thread as children may be reading, but if you do genuinely need some clarification on what one is, you can send me a private messsage and I can help you that way*.
(*Not in a sick, perverted way. I don't want it to escalate in to some strange, x rated, p0rn0graphic fantasy conversation or anything. I'm not really in to that sort of thing. Sorry!)
What a ridiculous football club we are.
We now have a section of "fans" who consider themselves superior as they will no longer go to support the club anymore and those who do are inferior - not in it for the long term as if they have a better understanding of the current plight.
Not supporting is damaging and dangerous. Less income equals less revenue equals worse squad equals less chance of potential serious investors.
Of course the supporters of this campaign - not one penny more - in all likelyhood last spent a penny at the club pre decimalisation.
One today who is very passionate lives in Switzerland so the revenue equation is hardly threatened either way. Another thinks season ticket holders at Coventry city are worms (yes he really does). We need to disregard this nonsense and see it for what it really is. A cause without purpose, a protest by those with no desire or intent.
Ignore it. Support the team.
Have I ever said that I am superior to you?
No I have not, and you can hardly blame me if you feel inferior. That is your own doing, not mine.
As to the rest of your post - you silly, silly person!
Sadly I could only be at one match last season, but as a percentage of the total amount that I spent on CCFC that ticket was about 10-15% of it. I spent far more on presents from the shop (when we had one) for my friends and relatives. Now the online shop doesn't seem to work either, kind of sums up the reign of SISU.Just remind me - how many home games did you attend last season?
What makes it even more funny is that the rabid lot who support the campaign, are those who called the exact same people questioning it, Leicester/Villa fans for not supporting sisu in the first place. Even the slightest criticism or doubt of Ranson was met with the same response as those who do not 100% back ACL.
Oh come on aj it's just a putrid pile of rubberyness

Can't remember what I was on the old Official site, my real first name, I think. I used to argue a lot with Adrian and Vicky. Ah, remember those two?
Just remind me - how many home games did you attend last season?
F... me: Superfan strikes again.
You sound more pathetic with every post. Keep it up you silly man.
