how do i stop notifications coming to my e-mail address

If it's tapatalk, go to settings, then open apps and open tapatalk, you should then be able to uncheck the notifications. This is what I did the other week and its stopped mine.

On a computer, not mobile. Have looked in settings, can't see it?
