Another buyout bid rejected so where do we go from here ?
Serious question - what’s the situation with the legals now? When is the predicted end date for it all?
Or could this drag on for years more?
Move elsewhere !! Where ffs ? There is nowhere to go.Think they have a about a year and half to run till SISU finally give up. I can only guess Wasps won’t agree a rent deal and we move elsewhere and crowds drop again putting more pressure of SISU.
Shit times ahead I would guess.

Na, civil case will then begin.
I can see it being another 4 years at least
.Rupert.. here we go again.. for the record, you will see a Red Mini bus on the Academy car park next to the Blue sign written bus. This is a temporary bus from the compny that have supplied our new one that is delivered this week.. all paid for and ready for use.. out Kit man (as you well know) lives 20 minutes from the Higgs, why on earth would he need digs.? And finally this football club and many others do not provide Kit for trialists, never have and never will. More useless and incorrect accusations that really don’t help, given your link to the Academy I’m surprised.

You were corrected, not answered.Thank you, One way of getting an answer.
Don't worry, they're used to that. You were corrected, not answered.

I was but I didn’t realise the Higgs was near Morecambe !You were corrected, not answered.
So what you do is say what you think you know in reply and discuss... Otherwise when you rant you get your pants pulled down. As seen above.I was but I didn’t realise the Higgs was near Morecambe !
We will still be playing at the Ricoh next season, regardless of of the legals. Wasps can't afford to cut their nose off to spite their face.
I can't see sisu leaving until they have exhausted the legals.

It is an odd one, negotiating with someone who is trying to bring you down.I have heard different. The people who run the Ricoh on behalf of Wasp want us there and Wasps management probably want us there but the issue comes from higher up as they try to explain to their backers why they are doing business with someone trying to put them out of business. If not having CCFC at the Ricoh is cutting their nose off to spite their face then having them there is shooting themselves in the head.

I'm sure it does happen in life, but surely it must make things more awkward.
I wonder what would happen if Wasps owners stated categorically they wouldn't allow any rent negotiations to take place unless the legal action was stopped.
We are already bottoming out in attendances and you know if we were to ground share somewhere else the attendances would be probably less than a quarter of what they are now.
Do any of us truly believe Sisu will ever win this legal battle?
Never mind that the football club is starting to mean nothing to people who used to love itNot a chance of winning. My opinion is they are also under pressure from investors and they are trying every legal avenue to show their people that they are attempting all means possible to recover their funds.
It looks like a scorched earth policy and CCFC seems to be the main victim, but the football club means nothing to these far away people.

I agree Stu.How is having them there shooting themselves in the head? Sisu need to win the legals first, which isn't going to happen, plus they have all been ordered to enter mediation, so wasps have to proactive engage in that too.
If sisu do win, which is unlikely, they are likely to seek a civil case for compensation whether at the Ricoh or not. Wasps allowing ccfc to play at the Ricoh will have little influence on that. And if sisu do win the legals, that means that the Ricoh lease was undersold. And whilst the backers may be reluctant, I wonder what the bondholders will think of acl cutting an income stream, which could impact on their ability to pay the interest payments or value of the lease.
I'd still put my money on us being at the Ricoh next season.
