The Times, Sky News, The Sun etc all now reporting it

Liam hasn't denied it on Twitter

10 nights at Wembley, 10 at Heaton Park evidently

I fucking love them, in my view they shaped a generation, and their tunes are still to this day, fantastic.

Granted towards the end they weren't as good and Noel has disappeared up his own arse, but would you go?

100% I'll be there.

They were my first ever gig at Earls Court in '97 supported by The Verve, then saw them again at Wembley in 2000 and at the Ricoh in 2009.

Fucking love them.
I saw them in the early 00s in Manchester with Richard Ashcroft supporting, pretty sure it would have been SOTSOG tour. They weren’t in their prime but it was still decent.

Definitely, maybe

If its the originalish (minus McCarroll) lineup then yes that would be good. The show at the Ricoh back in 09? was crap.

Not sure I would fancy night 10 tickets though, could Noel and Liam last that long without leaving in a sulk?

Yeah, they were pretty poor/disappointing at the end. Reckon a classics set would be fun though and Liams voice has recovered a lot in recent years.

I saw him at Old Trafford in 2018, and I was shocked by just how much his voice had recovered, the throat snarl was (and still seems to be) back

As soon as he experienced them throat problems Oasis lost some of their shine

I went to see them at Wolverhampton Civic Hall, just as they were breaking through. Shakermaker had just been released as a single and I think they appeared on TOTP just a few days after I saw them. They were supported by Ocean Colour Scene and were excellent.

Then saw them at Earl's Court.

Not seen them since.

The benefit gig for the Manchester bombing would have been the perfect time, feels like Liam has always been more open to it.

Liams always said it was Noels wife who was the problem

Seems he was right, now she's out the way.......

I was there. Tried to get "Sky Blue Army" ringing out behind enemy lines...with limited success

That’s the one, from what I remember I went to the one on Sunday. Met a girl and managed to miss the dedicated bus back to Cov - good times!

I was at this one too. 16 years old iirc and first proper gig with mates/no parents.

People passing spliffs around and handing out draw like sweets. Richard Ashcroft came out, lit a massive zooter and said “who says the drugs don’t fucking work” (before opening with…. Well you can guess).

That concert is one of my greatest memories from my youth. Saw them again a few shows before they split for good (or so it seemed) at Wembley. Also good but an obvious drop in quality and passion.

Saw Liam touring his second album at the NIA and he was bang on form. Really excited for this, although wouldn’t be surprised at obscene ticket prices.
