I was furious as any last night but I feel this has come too soon.

We've been shite for ages but it looked like we'd turned a corner and last night could have been a blip. Should have got until Christmas at least.

Doug has obviously had his sights set on this for ages though, he'd set up a structure in which MR wasn't comfortable in and taken away his trusted lieutenants. This structure, and the new head coach, have to be a success pretty quickly or Doug will find out how toxic football fans can be, if he won't already.

Robins will always be a legend here though, nobody will ever dispute that.

Fully agree. King appears to be compling what he thinks a football club should look like. But he is forgetting, or doesn't know, the intricacies of what it means to the wider circle outside of the boardroom.

Also, in some respects he can’t win. He frees up a load of cash to buy decent players and the team aren’t performing. Fans booing at half time and full time due to performances. Some calling for Robins out and he’s getting abuse personally. He does something about it and other fans complain
