I was speaking to a bloke who is a football coach at Rugby Town, and Pressley had come in to speak to them. The main message he conveyed was that it was important to show the players who was boss, and that he wasnt prepared to take any shit off the players.

As interesting an ideology as that is, in todays football that isnt going to happen, so putting todays pampered players together with a bloke that looks ready to rip your head off given the cahnce, no wonder there were a few rifts!
