Since WW2 burnley won the top flight twice and had 30 consecutive seasons in the top flight - they’ve been in the top flight as much as we have since WW2

if it’s crowds that determine the definition Sunderland are twice as big as us

Sunderland are twice the size of us though ?

Are burnley and Preston bigger than West ham United? No

Moving on silly argument

We haven’t been a top flight club for 22 years - to younger generations at other clubs we are nobodies

Until this year , the same argument could be fired at forest and Sheffield Wednesday..

Burnley are not bigger than Coventry, full stop

Ok so you speak for the entire country - fair enough

Sheffield Wednesday have been out of top flight longer than us I think

Again younger generations would think they are a smaller club than Bournemouth

And neither do you ya floof ... your argument would have burnley and preston bigger than West ham utd , they are nowhere near as big .

We also have to factor in the automatic negativity you apply to anything coventry city related

Gutted for the lad TBF sounded like a life changing move. At least it’s happened before the window closed. If I was Robins I’d be working overtime to get Waghorn Walker and Kane out the door and get an AM in on loan until Jan.

Wow , talk about living in a bubble

People of today mainly live in a premier league bubble - if you were 30 and in London say a palace fan youd not have us on the radar would you?

If the injury is as bad as feared, will our illustrious owners back Robins to get a good quality loan in until Jan? Or is it really Allen and Palmer

Our summer recruitment has done very little to address the problems facing this team. Our lack of depth in midfield is comical, it may even be worse than last year at the moment.

Really this shouldn’t depend on anyone moving out at all

It’s Boddy with the sandwich board with Hamer and Gyokeres on it touring every league ground in the championship

Not much of a Palace fan if they can't even remember us playing each other in the same league 10 years ago.

Fans living in the so-called 'Premier League bubble' don't care about teams like Burnley any more than they care about us anyway.

Un fucking believable the amount of bed wetting going on here.
If he's sold or if he's injured, the outcome is the same as I see it, we put Sheaf into a defensive midfield roll and play Hamer as a number 10. Then we have Palmer to come in when hes match fit.
O'hare is a good player, but when everything is played through him, it makes him look better than he actually is, and makes us too predictable (imo)

I'm sure if Hamer or Palmer were given the same roll, they'd be at least as good, and would probably get more goals.

If i were to rank all league clubs in terms of "size/stature/prestige" whatever you want to call it....

I'd have us probably about where we were last year... battling playoffs in the 2nd tier... although could make an argument for anywhere between lower reaches of top division, and middle of the 2nd division.

Burnley have certainly been punching above their weight in the Premier League, but again with their history you could make a decent argument within a similar range to us...

Really it depends what you use to determine size/stature/prestige

not on ignore then 😂
didn't say you were mate so that's another thing you have made up

i said i was going to ignore your petty nonsense about me

why do you insist on making things up? i am very flattered

so who is going to be your target this year? the player you say is shit in the face of all evidence?
