Lati didn't lose a 50/50 all night but not dominant?Dovin 6 - not really at fault for the goals and looked okay with the ball to feet.
MVE 10 - great performance, they could not live with Sakamoto and MVE linking up in the first half.
Lati 6 - Did okay but not a dominant CB
Binks 7 - Did okay, wish he would spray less speculative balls than he does, we have the ability to play through the middle when we have Sheaf back.
Bidwell 5 - If only we had another MWE at LB!
Eccles 5 - better than Allen but misplaced quite a few passes.
Torp 5 - not strong or fast and while he has some decent attributes we need to invest in one more CM either on loan or spend some money. I suspect that rides on Vik moving.
Rudoni 7 - good shot in the first half and linked up play well. Was sloppy in possession a few times, but we have a really decent player to mould.
Sakamoto 7 - very effective and linked with MVE excellently. Great to have him back.
Simms 6 - not lots to work with tonight but he is going to have a good season.
Wright 9 - on fire and looks to have improved from last season which is exciting.
2 games 3 points is an ok return but we need to stop shipping sloppy goals.
I would call that "stupid", but watching on TV tonight (I was there on Tuesday and am there for Norwich) I often got them mixed up!Didn't make any saves and conceded 2 goals. How can that be classed as a good performance?
No, Lati did not win every header and I think he struggled at times.Lati didn't lose a 50/50 all night but not dominant?
And Torp and Eccles controlled the midfield most of the game ?
Ok judging by your last post you're clearly drunkNo, Lati did not win every header and I think he struggled at times.
We were were the dominant team so much went though them, but when the play broke down it was more often with one if them and personally I think we need another CM who is primarily good at breaking up play and winning possession and giving it to Sheaf or Rudoni.
I think Dasilva is better coming on when Bidwell tiresNot sure you can seriously argue Dasilva doesn’t deserve to start ahead of Bidwell TBH. Better comedy chant too.

Haji & MVE; yes. Simms & Rudoni; a touch behind the other two. Just think Haji, MVE and probably Saka have moe "X factor" than the rest of the squad. There's a good chance Simms and Rudoni will get there, but just a little later for me.I think there’s a few players of ours in this category to be honest, especially Haji, MVE, Simms and Rudoni too if he carries on playing like tonight.
None of them would look out of place playing for Prem teams regularly.
Not sure where you sat but it was pretty noisy up until their second then madness with the winner
Just a shoulder change for Ellis, inexplicable!I called for Eccles to play tonight, but gave the ball away too often and in some poor areas. Bidwell caught of position a couple of times and I can understand why some are scoring Lati lower, although not 5, he's better on the ball than Thomas certainly was last week, but needs to be stronger and more dominant, I'd play Thomas ahead of him.
Stand out performance from MVE of course, couple if great goals from Haji and notable work rates from Ellis, Rudi and Torp. Not seen the goals back yet so not sure if they were offside or Dovin could've done anything different. Definitely not a free kick before their first though and I thought Ellis was stronger than their full back in the first half challenge so would like to see that back as I thought a great bit of play. Having said that, I'd have left him on and taken Haji off so what do I know?!
Completely agree. Eccles is still one of our most underrated players imo. I thought he had a good game, particularly first half. We miss a certain steeliness / engine when he’s not in there (for instance, Stoke). That's incredibly harsh
I thought tonight he distributed the ball very well especially in the first half, second half he tired and was more laboured but he put a great shift in tonight
I have a theory that Eccles and Torp are so hard to tell apart that they often get blamed for things the other one did and it in turn makes their ratings a bit of a mess.
Asante looks more of a threat to himself than anyone else. Loads of effort but can't remember him having a touch.
Maybe I’m missing something, but I thought he seemed to have a mean streak at WBA and now appears too nice. But he’s very pacy and powerful and shields the ball very well. Just waiting for him to get into a groove and catch fire like Haji.Asante looks more of a threat to himself than anyone else. Loads of effort but can't remember him having a touch.
Think Binks and Kitching might be a better pairing.Still think Thomas & Kitching are our first choice centre backs.
Don’t think the defence played poorly tonight, but we really need a DM to protect them..
Both left footed tho which I imagine robins isn't keen on playing togetherThink Binks and Kitching might be a better pairing.
Im thinking it may be a response if Bobby or liam are thinking well you can't drop us we're the best hereRudoni is a star, Simms was pants. Everybody else except central defence had good games against mediocre opposition who should have been thrashed.
But robins why pick that central defence? And it was obvious from the first minute what their game was and yet we got caught twice. Poor tracking back by Torp for the second goal.
Singers corner were not that vocal either
Nope. Explained the reasoning behind the numbers elsewhere.Did you just watch the goals on SSN or something?
You're either desperate for the team to fail, drunk at the game or a clown. Most likely all 3. Total nonsense.Watched their goals, embarrassing. Anyone who thinks the keeper shouldn't be doing better needs to have a word with themselves. First one went under his hand, second one him and Binks were ball watching.
On the other hand you can say that was a game we should’ve won comfortably but somehow conspired not to.It’s weird, most people would say we put in a very good performance tonight, full of attacking play, yet some of our main players are being criticised as if they didn’t play a part in that very good performance….
Yeah and if you watch the video back, you can see Eccles by the sidelines, clutching his face, in some kind of sympathy pain.I thought it was Eccles injured when it was Torp!
Because like others I haven’t rated more highly I don’t think he kept that performance up across the whole game. How is rudoni getting a 6, was class. Always in space, always getting the ball on the half turn, so much of our great play went through him

Rudoni was much quieter in the second half and did fade somewhat, but he was excellent in that first half and running the show.Because like others I haven’t rated more highly I don’t think he kept that performance up across the whole game.
Torp looked to me like he was struggling for long spells, to others he looked excellent. C’est la vie.I do think it's mad that anyone can score both Eccles and Torp, 5, in a game we totally dominated and played very, very well in.
If both your midfield duo have put in sub par performances, it would be impossible to put in anything like that level of team performance and have us play that well.
Eccles faded in the second half, but still had a good game and Torp's passing at times, was quite sublime.
No-one had a bad game. Hence, the top rate team performance out there on the pitch last night.
I agree, but a match rating is for the whole game not the first half.Rudoni was much quieter in the second half and did fade somewhat, but he was excellent in that first half and running the show.
Agree.I agree, but a match rating is for the whole game not the first half.
I am between halfway and S.C. There were times when we were controlling the game, all in their half and it was like watching a cricket match. There was just a quiet hum, just before their second goal in particular. Not sure where you sat but it was pretty noisy up until their second then madness with the winner
We gave away two very soft goals, and should have won at a canter. Somebody has to take the can for that. They were bang average. A couple of their players were little better than what you can see on the parks this afternoon.No-one deserved below a 6 tonight
Yep kept him wide and then blocked the shot was excellentThought Latibeudiere's performance was higher than both Thomas's so far. His defending 1v1 near the end of the game v Harris was first class.
A boo boy who I keep saying I’m a fan of, of course.Judging by the ratings on here half of you didn’t even watch the game. No one deserves a 5. It seems Torp is the new boo boy, he was very good and controlled the midfield.
Both Lati and Binks were solid but some of you have made your minds up on both so it doesn’t matter how they play.
Simms was our poorest player last night, nothing really happened for him yet some of you rated him higher than Torp and Lati, laughable
