I have read that the buses arn't great after the match. Takes a while to get on one, then 30-45 mins to the centre.Anyone done the bus from Oxford City centre to the ground, is it straightforward. I'm planning on doing this on Saturday after getting the train from Coventry
Long walk from there to the Kassam StadiumI researched this, you can book at an Asda car park not far from the ground for £4 on JustPark but I don't have enough points to get a ticket.View attachment 41712
It's fine but it takes ages. Unless you're travelling solo then a cab is likely the better option.Anyone done the bus from Oxford City centre to the ground, is it straightforward. I'm planning on doing this on Saturday after getting the train from Coventry
That's of no use at all is it?Why dont a few without tickets hire a couple of these for the day ?View attachment 41709
Nice to be looking forward to matches. I find myself getting impatient too which is better than thinking 'oh fuck, not again.'Getting quite excited for this after the last game. Really want to see us develop with 4ATB and see how we integrate Wright and Sheaf over the next few. EMC gives us someone you expect things to happen when he gets the ball, nice watching Grimes. Fun times at the moment whoever plays. Should be a great day out for those going from the sounds of it too. Just need the next day and a half to fuck off.
Genuine question:
How would we as Coventry fans feel about a whole group of Sunderland fans buying up tickets in the home end in our upcoming game against them?
Depending on results over the next couple of games, this could be an important match and could well end up being a very high attendance. Are we ok with the idea of opposition fans taking tickets away from home ones?
I’ve never even been on their forumI followed the link posted above, 'procdoc' telling people that there were CCFC fans in the home end.
I have never been on their forum, why are people accusing me?@procdoc enemy of the state
It wasn't me. I have no inclination to post on other team's forumsYeah I’m sure @procdoc didn’t mean any harm.
I assume, as someone else has said, numbers just got too big so Oxford took action. Unlikely to be down to that post. Plus plenty on here, including me, have discussed it too

whoever it is is sad as fuck in the first place. Doing it under someone else's name is proper virginProcdoc impersonator is an absolutely box office plot twist tbf

I just had a look, it's not even my style of posting. I know exactly who did it though and he's always been a sad little virgin

not getting into it on herename names
I like him, but he's had a moment here, needs a word with himself.
If they have little chance of the autos, which is looking likely, then they won't bother. Their ticket sales for the game have reached lower categories than usual, plus they think the game may be moved ( Fri night/Sat early) re: TV.Genuine question:

Is it pay on the gate for home fans then ?Silly question what stops people just buying their tickets on the gate to get in?
To late to move it now surely ?If they have little chance of the autos, which is looking likely, then they won't bother. Their ticket sales for the game have reached lower categories than usual, plus they think the game may be moved ( Fri night/Sat early) re: TV.

Never understand this bragging about % of ground full. It's only relevant if you fill it 100%, otherwise the average attendance is all that matters really.Oxford fans are proper salty ain’t they. All think they’ll win and we’re tin pot apparently.
some cov fan has mentioned how we avg 27K and they’ve come back with 83% fill ratio as there’s is 90% fill ratio
If our ground held 12K OURS WOULD BE 100%
Not just that but depends on the size surely. Imagine we moved to the butts park in league one. Sold it out to 5,000 and started bragging about our numbersNever understand this bragging about % of ground full.
