It wouldn't be a bad fee but I hope the new lads can step up and create as Palmer has been. I know he's not everyone's cuppa but Id prefer to keep him for the season.

I like KP but not irreplaceable if on the reported wages. Good luck to him, decent move fir all 3 parties, although would like to have seen the replacement in before we let him go.

Having watched Allen Torp and Eccles play together in midfield, I'd be very worried if KP was allowed to leave.

Hopefully whoever is in the pipeline to replace him will be able to add some real quality.
Yes, hopefully. I don’t think it’s a loss of any significance at all and if we manage to get a fee it’s a work of genius. He doesn’t play in any of the positions Allen, Torp or Eccles plays and we are far better equipped in advanced positions than we’ve ever been.

I Have every right to be ‘prickly’ with the abuse I get on here just look 3 posts up

many posters on here far worse then me for being ‘prickly and arrogant’ as you put it

like I said people with agendas
No one has an agenda against you. It’s just that a lot of what you post is nonsense but you can’t take the criticism and start saying how people have an agenda. If you get something wrong just own the fucker. That’s why people like saddlebrains, when he’s wrong he admits it

Just been told its literally as expected nothing major

Kasey wanted more money
We said LOL no
He thought he could get more elsewhere
We withdraw contract saying LOL go on then
Hull offer us money for a player we got for free (750k evidently)
Palmer gets his pay rise We didn't think he's worth

We now have his wage to put towards the CM

Everyone's a winner on this one
Except Hull (apparently) who are shafting themselves.
Palmer has been unbelievably lucky to get high wages and to keep on maintaining them time and time again despite achieving very little.

I'm not one with an agenda against you but your negative shite is irritating. Post something positive that you've heard for balance occasionally, get that right and you'll have more on your side than against. Currently it seems like you're not a fan and only intent on derailing or getting off on in house fighting in the dressing room because you don't like King.

Agree, no doubt that Palmer is a gifted player, but also a frustrating one, to many little attempted flicks that don't come off for my liking which are usually followed by a frustrated reaction as if it was someone else's fault, and he is not the defensive central midfielder we need, hopefully his wages can go towards paying for one.

I’ve posted many positive things maybe some just want to ignore that and concentrate on the negatives

you tell me one club, owner, player or manager who is perfect and immune from criticism?

Now Sheaf is back and even with Palmer going, I'd like to see Rudoni drop deeper as I reckon he gould play next to Sheaf and enable us to get EMC ir even Thomas-Asante in the 10 role. Decent engine and range of passing could be more Hamer like with better players around him I think.

could we see sheaf and rudoni as the cm pair and a signing tomorrow to play this role

I thought rudoni looked miles better at cm than ACM

Great minds 😉

The Hull fan is wrong

Cov felt sorry for nicking BTA.

it’s been playing on Robins mind and he wanted to make them feel better

Palmer is clearly a talented footballer, but incredibly frustrating.

If we can get a fee and release some for wages, whilst he is able to increase his wages, it works for all parties.

Hopefully we can get someone in before the window closes!

Surely there is no one on here unhappy that we are getting shot of Kasey Palmer.. apart from the screamer against Oxford and the goal the other day I genuinely struggle to think of any other meaningful contributions from him
