He scored three goals in four games from midfield, but some people still don't think he brings anything to the team.Someone check on Grendel
There’s a meme here to be made by someone with far better Photoshop skills than me.If Palmer is up for Player of the Month then extrapolating that should mean that Jamie Allen is up for the Ballon D'Or this year.
In November Ched Evans had 50% more votes than Gyokeres
Clearly an indication of ability
Well, that's what they've told him.If Palmer is up for Player of the Month then extrapolating that should mean that Jamie Allen is up for the Ballon D'Or this year.
Not seen anything since but Robins said in his post match interview that Palmer ''came off feeling his hamstring. Hopefully he's ok but we'll have to wait and see''. That made it sound as if it wasn't too serious.Any update on Palmer's injury?
I think the sky interview was a bit more pessimistic - something along the lines of "we are now without Kasey"Not seen anything since but Robins said in his post match interview that Palmer ''came off feeling his hamstring. Exactly what the Sunshine band are going to say once the lead singer pops his clogs.I think the sky interview was a bit more pessimistic - something along the lines of "we are now without Kasey"
Blimey... I'm off to find a tall building to throw myself off...Sheaf also 1 booking in the next 4 games if he does come back and gets a 2 match ban

Won’t he be out for them anyway?
Out for the season
Finishes the year having made 19 league starts, 10 appearances as sub, and scoring three goals.
Maybe I was being too optimistic but considering what we’re paying him, I expected a lot more tbh
Think he’s been excellent TBH. Offered something out attack misses with his passing and dribbling, decent set piece, chases down. Fitness has been the big problem and seems to be wherever he goes, but when he’s fit I think he’s top drawer.
I struggle to see where he fits in next season if we're playing the same system and O'Hare is fit. He had an opportunity to be The Guy this season, but Allen has leapfrogged him - it's been a wasted season for him, and by extension for us.Yeah, I'd really like to see him alongside O'hare next season.

You're mad if you think Robins is dropping Allen. If he and O'Hare are fully fit then they are the two at the top of the box.
O'Hare's injury has meant we've had to adjust the way we play. Allen has done well and it's great to see him add goals to his game.
But if all three are fully fit then Allen is third choice (but still gets plenty of game time with rotation etc).
