What's your favourite topping then? Personally I'm all for a good old fashioned lemon juice and sugar, with golden syrup as a diabetes inducing alternative.

My Missus made us Banana/Cinnamon/Peanut butter pancakes with Prune yoghurt on top for brekkie this morning!

It was surprisingly nice too!
