The 40 minutes get away time is pretty normal for many of the away fixtures I go to. i

What's the parking like on Burbage's Lane (and surrounding side streets) please? Need to explore alternatives having got stuck the last couple of times with the road closures!

If your parking on the roadside anywhere round Burbages Lane you stand a good chance of getting a ticket .The top end of St Giles Road are ticketed regularly. You can walk the bottom end by the Church it is outside the zones.
For some reason they don’t seem to ticket after Deans Way. However, there were also tickets issued in Deans Way last game.

Yeah they have clocked on.

If you walk down a bit you can park outside the zone and it's about a 5 minute extra walk.

Thanks all, appreciate the help here. I didn't realise the parking zone extended that far with not being local. Normally use the small car park right at the bottom of Burbage's Lane but they put the cones out last time to stop turning out right on to Winding House Lane - though some drivers just got out the car and shifted them so they could get out!

Yeah the parking zone covers all of it, if you can get there early you could chuck it on the grass by the bull and anchor...

I ‘ve decided to walk this season, takes about 45 minutes.More people should walk if they are fit and able to do so if they live not too far from the ground,Cars make you lazy.
If you live within 45 mins walk of the ground, I can't imagine that driving was ever worth the bother.

My brother who has lived on Dean's Way the last 4 years and didn't realise he was in the parking zone for the CBS got his first ticket a few weeks back. Last 4 years before that though he's never seen a ticket officer.

I park about 30 mins away, just outside the zone, easy enough.

I'm in Bedworth and I usually get the bus to the game but have been walking back and it takes about the same amount of time. The road closures are a nightmare as the bus used to be really quick getting back but not anymore.

Does anyone know roughly how long after full time the road is usually opened?
By the time you are out of the stadium and walk up to P1 it’s about 10-15min wait for the road to open.
