The minister is trying to make the EFL/FA reform themselves with out legislating. It won't work, until there is a bill.
As 110% of parliaments time is going to be spent on Brexit there will be total inaction.

Forget it.

It's irrelevant anyway, on what basis would they find SISU to not be fit and proper if we were back in 2007?
