Ive been reading about his managerial career, and it's hard not to be impressed. He ticks an awful lot of boxes, young, ambitious, plays good football, succeeded on no budget, back to back promotions for Exeter.

I never really considered him before, but he's fast becoming one of my favourites.

He'd be my choice. This is his 7th season with Exeter, has done a great job.

I live in Exeter and yes, he's had his hands tied not dissimilar to thorn, but fans expectations are still sky high due to his previous success. He's a great manager and I'd love him to get a go at Coventry.

I've just read the story of his managerial career on Wiki but it doesn't say anything about the season just gone when I assume Exeter were relegated. Can anyone fill in the gaps? CovLis86 hit the nail on the head saying that he has always had his players sold from under him.

He seems like the exact type of non journeyman manager who I would like to see at City.

To be fair to Tisdale, not all the fans on the Exeter forum seem to hate him. At the end of that thread, most of them appear to be telling the OP to give it a rest. Maybe Tisdale needs a fresh challenge though, like reviving a fallen, old Premier League club?!

I've only ever heard good things about his managerial ability. Why do they want rid? Either way, i don't think the Cov job would be for him. I'd put several managers ahead of him, even Wisey!
