Thats clearly not his normsl gsme. The ehole tesm settled for drawLike he did against Morcombe when he kept feeding our fullback in our own half.
14 1/2Nothing there but not a problem If they were to be booked again next week unless they were to reach the threshold of 15.
How many has Doyle got?
Is that all? ;-)Answer 13,phewww.
Exactly!I think it’s the refs positioning that makes it hard to see. I’m sure he has two Notts players infront of him and has a view from behind.
He sees a leg go out and a clip on the ankle
It’s an error but not the worst you have ever seen.
penaly to city in the last minute would do for meIm happy to win by 1.
Exactly!
Some are talking about a total injustice and the worst decision ever, but it's clear to why the ref gave it.
I didn't think it was a pen at the time, but there is some contact.
Soft for sure, but we have had just as soft against us and it most certainly wasn't the abomination some are saying it was.
I agree. It was never a penalty there was no contact until the ball was played and the angle the ball went was a clue. As was our players asking for a corner!
The pen Willis gave to Stoke springs to mind of very soft pens against usExactly!

Didn't think it was a pen at the game but looking at the replay I'm not so sure. These days they say the slightest bit of contact is a pen and it looks like Bayliss foot could have been touched.
Would prefer to go back to the days of it needing to be an actual foul rather than any contact but if that's what they're being given for then things like this will be given.
To be fair we got nothing off the ref all night until that.
Well Duffy certainly got up quick enough to remonstrate with the ref.? Lot of players would have still been rolling around today if they had that happen to them. Fair play to Duffy definitely a mans mans in the football parlanceClear pen. All day long.
No stamp from Davies either. Accidentally treads on his leg.
I want that in the ref's report and it posted immediately to a Mr. K Nolan, first class.
I thought it was a penalty after watching it back. The argument was that the ball changed direction, but that's only because their lad kicked Bayliss' foot at the ball
I can see why the ref thought it was a pen though.Still can’t believe anyone, apart from the ref, thought that it was a pen.
Don't think anyone is turning it down are they?fuck me dont you buggers want the City to get promoted??? ..........shouldn't be a pen, Davies should be banned, play the game nicely, what fecking next???
We need to go up at ANY cost, feck all the others. County will do anything to get there,as we've seen, so should we.
dont be fecking wimps and apologise for a dodgy decision, they happen and we need to take every one.
Why don't refs wear body cameras like Rugby refs do? Would be interesting to see incidents from the refs perspective/direct eyeline after games rather than simply looking at said incidents from the best angle
You've answered your own question there. If everyone could see what the ref did there would be even more questions about the dodgy decisions and it would be a lot harder for the league to ignore the poor standard of officiating. Why don't refs wear body cameras like Rugby refs do? That’s why the FA deploy punishment after a game via video evidence because the refereeing is so so poor nowadaysWell in that case you could say in turn it would surely entice the FA to up the standard of refereeing in the country then because by that logic you're effectively saying the league is brushing an evident problem of employing substandard referees under the carpet?
