saw a very troubling post match question to him last night, asking about the scratchings on his face, then he talked about wanting to harm himself, perhaps lost in translation, but it looks/sounds pretty bad, hes got a cut on his nose, and scratches all over his forehead/head....

Yep I think it’s useful to discuss this stuff and if one person on here reads it and thinks you know what I need to talk about what’s going on in my mind or go to the gp and get some help that’s a good thing right??

Ah, how ironic. Would you like me to broadcast the extent of my crushing mental health issues, stemming from decades of misdiagnosis?

Aside from what I choose to share, willingly, I would not particularly think it ‘helpful’ for people to know who simply do not understand the complexity of my issues, and who probably don’t secretly give a rats arse.
