Looks like he's on trial at Leeds now so surely he can't be to bad.................Leeds United trialist Peter Poloskei has received a vote of confidence from former Whites striker Bobby Davison, who has compared the Hungarian to a 'young Dean Ashton'. YORKSHIRE EVENING POST

Maybe we couldn't afford him?

Yep, we were going to offer him a bag of buttons, but Thorn ate them and the deal then fell through.

I liked the look of him, and was surprised when he was released from trial. I suspect it was down to money.

Yeah my thoughts are on not having enough money.

How ironic would it be if he gets a contract and becomes a prolific goal scorer for Leeds.

Bloody typical. All the searching for a striker and we had a good one under trial. What next, Bruno signs for Stoke and Ricky for Wolves?

Even if he does get a contract, he will struggle to get a game ahead of Ross McCormack, Luciano Bechhio and el-hadji Diouf
