Russell slade by definition forgotten more about football management than anyone would know. I fail to see your point. If Moore was never good enough why sign him? If Shipley has a good game do we keep him in ahead of Maatsen?

Maatsen isn't fit and you know that MR would gave started him if he was. Moore might be 'fit' but not have had enough recovery time. We don't know. Let's wait and see what happens today before we rip into them. I know some do the antagonistic posts with slight tongue in cheek, but some of the pre-match bed-wetting posts on here today have been laughable. If we royally mess up today, then let the forensic analysis begin. Until then, let's try and enjoy it.

That line up is plain weird.

We have absolutely no height or heading ability other than our central defenders. None.

A corner in our favour is actually a risk, Shipley can’t track back, our CD’s will be in the box because Hamer, Allen, O’Hare, Godden are about 5 foot 9 combined and since Wilson has the self control of Fred West I can’t see him being an effective sweeper-keeper.

I can see is getting hit on the break.

Waghorn is a mistake full stop. Move him on and get some pace or strength in. Why 3 strikers on bench?

I can only think that it’s a Machiavellian plan by Robins:
