I thought they had the new lady ( sorry cannot remember her name ), "so called city fan" to design it ?, she's a quick worker.
At least Arena 2000 had a CG walkthrough.

You're right - its a lovely stadium on a lovely site with super transport links and positive feedback from the local planning authority. It's been clearly financed with a business model that can demonstrate income streams 365 days a year and is sized for the likely attendance for a successful team.
Well nearly anyway.
