I'm pleased Cargill is doing well so far - I think he will only get better for you, as he lacks competitive match minutes at the moment. I'm sure give him 5 or 6 games and you will see him at his best.

I think under a Manager who is a fellow C/B he will do well. I thought we might keep him until after this weekends Cup game with Everton as he is a regular in the Cup Team but Eddie Howe is keen he gets good experience every week. We loaned Fraser to Ipswich for the same reason and he has come on so well he's been their best player.
