First half was like keystone cops - absolute shambles. They restored some respect 2nd half.

Wilson 5 (handling and kicking was dreadful 1st half. Should have done better with first goal and his inability to punch led to the pen. 2 very good saves later on but damage had been done)
Dabo 6 (not sure he is fit. Lacked his usual energy)
McCallum 6 (delivery into the box was poor from crosses and throw ins)
Ostigard 9 (motm. He was superb 2nd half. His double clearance off the line summed him up)
McFadzean 6 (not his assured self. Maybe unlucky with the red card. Almost scored a calamitous own goal before that)
Hyam 6 (he needs to be able to head the ball further than the edge of the box and not centrally)
Kelly 6 (he has lost his form recently. Did okay defensively but passing was poor)
James 6 (drifted out of the game after the sending off and looked like his head had dropped)
Hamer 6 (another to have lost his form, though thought he was coming into the game the 10 minutes before being dubbed)
O'Hare 6 (ran around)
Biamou 5 (should have scored 2 and was unlucky with the shot that was blocked. His movement leading to the chances was much better but couldn't make it count)

Sheaf 4 (I would have hoped by now his customary pass to an opponent in a dangerous area would have been coached out of him but clearly not)
Dacosta 5 (looks reckless at times and the drag back in the penalty area could have been costly)
Walker 6 (looked sharper than recent)
Godden 5 (minutes in the tank)

If you took one point off everyone I'd agree with you.

I think about 20 minutes had gone before I even remembered Hamer was playing....a bad night tonight so on to gift Wycombe a lifeline on Saturday

You dont have to do much homework on us right now. Any long throw, corner or free kick . Just put it on our goal line and Wilson will do the rest

Only watched the first half. Couldn't put myself though the second half. O'Hare is absolute quality. The rest of the starting 11? Apart from Ostigard Couldn't give fuck if I never see any of them play for us again. Utter tripe tonight when a big performance was needed.

A bad day at the office for all but Ostigard O’Hare and Hyam
We’ve bounced back well after defeats and can do it again.
Was really disappointed with Sheaf who jogged around even after his misplaced passes. I can give him a bit of a break for “rust factor”

Wilson -3.

He was guilty of flapping like a shot pigeon and faffing around with the ball. Messing around and passing it short to one of our own players who is under pressure is just not very intelligent. Also, taking ages over goal kicks when we are 2-0 down. Get the ball played, you never know and nothing to lose. He’s a liability.

Dabo 5

Not his usual self.

McFadzean 6?

I watched the pen back. Can’t tell. Nonetheless, he’s sent off again. Gets a 6 because at least he was in the line doing some kind of job.

Ostigard 7

Did his job.

Hyam 6

Not a brilliant performance

McCallum 4

Was he playing?

Kelly 6

So so

James 6

So so

Hamer 5

What’s happened to him?

O'Hare 7

8 for effort. 6 for product.

Biamou 6

Are the goals in lower league France a few centimetres bigger? Did he have a goal in his local park that he spent hours and hours burying the ball just under the bar or inside the post? Was that one a bit bigger? I’ve never known any player hit the woodwork more.

Subs. All 5 except Sheaf. He gets a 4 for his standard dossing on the ball and breaking down the play. Our play. With his daft pass selection and giving the ball to an opponent and his subsequent vague look of non understanding after he has done so. And then running in the totally wrong direction after he’s done so.

Some on here have said things like “if you can’t see what he does and his quality then you’re a (whatever)”. I’ve watched him and rewatched him. He’s just not very good. Sorry.

The ref. 4. Cost us a chance of winning. He made a call and sent off our player. It was a marginal call. Many refs then balance by calling similar marginals the other way to balance things. He didn’t. He’s not very good either.

Wilson 4 - Calamitous first half made some good stops second half expect Marosi to be in Saturday

Dabo 5 - Very poor game by his standards

McCallum 5 - Same comments as Dabo

Fadz 5 - May have been unlucky with sending off but tbh looked very shaky prior to this.

Osti 6.5 - Probably best of a very bad bunch particularly second half

Hyam 5.5 - Looks far too slow at times though secnd best defender on the night.

Kelly 5 - Poor by his standards

Hamer 4 - Abysmal game but seems to escaoe criticism for a Wilson pile in.

James 5.5 - Better than Kelly & Hamer but needed to impose himself on the game far more than he did.

O'Hare 6 - Getting rave reviews but I thought it wasn't his best game tbh, control poorer than usual and got outmuscled however his effort and endeavour shamed majority of teammates that should be a minimum though.

Biamou 4 - Has to be ranked the same as Wilson imo maybe should be even worse was unlucky with first chance but as for second chance dear oh dear his all round game generally last night was also very poor winning little and unable to trapa bag of cement.

Subs:
Sheaf 5 - Poor when he came on and a terrible pass which could have cost a goal did nothing to justify him starting

DaCosta 4,5 - Worse than Dabo on night which took some doing againdid nothing to justify him starting

Walker 5.5 - Looked lively when he came on I would start him on Saturday

Godden 4.5 - Looked understandably very rusty would like him to start against Wycombe given his past success but not sure his is ready.

Robins 6 - He did all he could, named unchanged side which I think many agreed with, made four subs to try to change things just was a bad day at the office for the team.

Ostigard had another good game, I wasn’t a fan at first but he’s won me over.

O’hare didn’t have his best game but was still busy and should’ve walked away with an assist. Couple of nice nut megs too.

Wilson 3 but Biamou 6......says it all really!

Biamou wasn't great, but he caused them problems and once he went off we were worse for it.
His first chance was just plain unlucky. 2nd was poor admitedly, and the 3rd got deflected. He was MOM in our last game, and now is deemed absolutely crap. Of course Godden & Walker are the main strikers but as 3rd choice he's fine for me.
