I don't like to single out players but I'm losing patience with Haji Wright. Lethargic and uninterested. His body language screams he doesn't want to be here.

Mad that Gimoc is probably right about Haji and his Mrs

Sorry to be that guy, but if he's blind, how can he cheat?
I was going to say lying on his application form, but visual impairment probably got him a fast track.

Or if it tickles your particular political fancy it's woke for diversity and inclusion.

I mean if Gimoc is right and he doesn’t can we just put him on the bench and start EMC on his natural position. Understand it nots ideal but would rather have a player who gives a shit versus one who can’t be arsed.

Van Erwijk 7 - A threat in small spells but faded
Thomas 6.5 - Average at best
Kitching 5 - Poor tracking for both goals
Bidwell 7 - Had a good game until he was clattered
Eccles 7 - Average
Sheaf 6.5
Rudoni 6.5
Mason-Clark 5 - Serious doubts about him now. Cannot beat his player
Thomas-Asante 7 - Worked hard
Wright 5 - Pedestrian, cannot work against a high press

DaSilva 6.5
Simms 6

I would like to see Kitching dropped for Binks now and let Binks have a run in the squad. I also think this game was crying out for Bassette to break the offside trap/high line Sheff Weds played today.

I am worried we dont have any leaders out there like Kelly or McFadzean when things get tough. Robins tactics are being exposed with teams now employing a higher line against us which we struggle in midfield to manage. Simms and Wright seem to struggle against a high line and look poor running into channels where I think Bassette could do a job. .

Couldn’t care less about who played well or didn’t. Collectively they looked uncomfortable and out of sorts for large parts of the game.

Such a shaky defence and midfield that’s easily overrun. In every match it’s not a question of whether we’ll concede a goal, but when. Confidence must be at an all time low and totally shot to bits. Teams (and even us fans) can just sense that we’ll make a costly mistake at some point. Whether it’s home or away it’s the same spineless and gutless performance week in and week out.

You build a team from back to front, and not the other way around (still can’t believe we bought mainly strikers in the last window). Don’t they know if you can keep a clean sheet you’re getting at least a point on the board even if you don’t score. I have no idea what our identity as a team is and what our strengths even are. The scary part is neither do the players, MR or his band of coaches.

Players are starting to lose interest and it’s very evident from their inconsistent performances. With each defeat, they’ll just get used to losing, adopt a losing mentality and just go through the motions. Things are starting to unravel fast and will soon spiral out of control I’m afraid.

The issue with our wide players is the system, Haji is our best offensive player, but by the time the defence and midfield have eventually finished playing hot potato, we’ve played into their press and Haji inevitably gets the ball played to feet with 4 oppo players surrounding him. He’s at his best when the midfield draws their defence and he can spring the channel, like he did multiple times against Wolves for example. Both the wide players are stifled by our own system.

There was a rumour that a club put in a bid for him just before the transfer window closed, the club turned it down and perhaps Haji got wind of it and he's not happy the club turned it down.
