We lost the game to a set play. Did you all not see McFazdean move run towards Baka who lost his man at the far post? McFaz was furious with him.
the only people coming out of this with credit are the back three. What annoyed me is the lack of creativity in midfield...it seemed like Ostogard was our best midfielder at times!
Kastaneer wasn't on the pitch when they scored.
Why are we leaving baka to mark 2 players? Stupid zonal marking again.

If Baka does he job it’s not a goal tho, all of players are turning an momentum moving back, he’s not square on and moving forwardWhy are we leaving baka to mark 2 players? Stupid zonal marking again.

Macfadzean was when the goal went inSure the players are as sick of Baka as we are
Agreed and corrected.Kastaneer wasn't on the pitch when they scored.
Too many players being carried at this level.
Godden is the only striker good enough in the whole squad.
Macfadzean was when the goal went in
Only if MR leaves him on the benchIsn’t Hamer out for the next game ?
Not sure I understand that last partO'Hare and Bakayoko I honestly don't think I could argue a case for anything above zero. O'Hare still looks so raw sometimes. Falls over constantly, runs into trouble and can't control the ball within 5 yards of himself.
Negative comments today from some above are bloody ridiculous. We were undone by a stupid keeper error plus Bannon and Westwood who were both excellent.Comments are too harsh - and personally very surprised by the criticism of O’Hare.
Their goal was down to a mistake by our keeper, followed by Baka not marking his man. Individual mistakes cost us and today’s game could have gone either way.
Reasons to be positive. 4 key players missing today, we’re 18th in the division - and competing in every game. We’re going to be ok - stick with the lads and have confidence that we’ll learn from this one.
Its absolutely correct. He does consistently run in to trouble or fall over. Defensively he is very good but he is very frustrating going forwardNot sure I understand that last part
Osti’s ability is a class above and could see him playing alongside Dunk next year at Brighton (or a replacement). A couple of knocks but still wanted to fight onJust read that Leo is 21.
Considering his age, he really shows some other players up. His attitude is top notch.
Even when he went down in a heap and it looked like curtains, I still just knew he would be coming back on.

I thought Armstrong was £3m?while I agree with this, (and to be honest the jury's out on Godden for me as well), this is all down to budget.
It's not these players fault they're in a league which seems to be beyond their capabilities .
We simply don't have the budget to sign a quality striker at this level. I've said it many times, if we let Baka go (if we can get rid of him in the first place), we will not be freeing up much money so will be taking another punt on a player.
Now I'm sure most of us would still try it given his performances but most would still be melting down when the bargain basement replacement turned out to be as out of his depths as his predecessor (which in all likelihood he would).
Here are the current top scorers in the Championship, look at the fees, imagine what the wages are:
Ivan Toney 16 goals - fee 5 mil rising to 10 mil with add ons
Adam Armstrong 1 goals - 1.75 mil
Lucas Joao 11 goals - 4.8 mil
Teemu Pukki 10 goals - free transfer
Domink Solanke - 8 goals - 19 million
Kieffer Moore 8 goals - 2 mil
Causley Woodrow 8 goals - 765k
Andre Ayew 7 goals - 20 mil
the list goes on and further down you've got big money signings like Pedro on 5 goals who cost 10 mil. That's what we're up against.
Under the current restraints this is going to take time but a lot of our support can't see that. Barnsley were rock bottom for most of last season but rallied at the end and now appear to be kicking on, that's what we have to try and emulate.
But getting wound up because players who aren't good enough for the Championship aren't performing in the Championship in a season we all knew would be a struggle is illogical.
The mad thing is if you go back to last season and read the match threads of any game we underperformed it's the same shit from some of the same posters over and over again, the only difference is the players they target. Last season one of them (pre Christmas) was Godden who is now the saviour whose return everyone is crying out for,

Why O why can't we find a Jamie Vardy typewhile I agree with this, (and to be honest the jury's out on Godden for me as well), this is all down to budget.

Because they're once in a blue moon. And I suspect even taking a punt on one of them will require someone to leave.
Didn’t he cost a million?
Ian Wright and Les Ferdinand are the only other two I can think of who started in non league and then went on to score 100 plus goals in the premier league eraHe did. I avtually forgot he was at Fleetwood.
Still rare a player makes it from that level to proven top flight striker.
Biamou 7? What the hell...Wilson - 6
McCallum - 7
McFadz - 7
Osti - 7
Hyam - 7
Dabo- 6
Allen - 6.5
Sheaf - 6
O'Hare - 6
Walker - 6
Biamou - 7
Subs: Baka 5, Giles 7, Godden Kasta DaCosta N/A
I thought he had scored more than 1 goalsI thought Armstrong was £3m?
