Yeah I'll agree with that. Thought he was really good first half but not great second half. Probably a 6.5 for asante and a 6 for simms. Some of their first touches were terrible at times.

Thought Bassette had a really good cameo as well as getting involved with the handbags as a sub. Closed down very well and should have been put through by Eccles.
I thought Simms was better than bta today personally. Neither amazing. Worked hard though
Like I said neither was amazing so not really a big deal for me. Both will probably start again Vs swansea

He is technically very gifted but before looked very lightweight and it was a concern for me .
He looks fitter , stronger and generally more championship ready now

Yeah wrong decision by Eccles there and to cap it all his shot was well wide, I thought he could even have tried to carry the ball into the box and maybe get a foul.Bassette didn't really have much time on the pitch but did win a couple of headers and close them down at the back. Eccles should have played him in after he had done all the hard work.

Torp deserved his goals with a very good display, he's really understanding the championship now and looks fitter and more confident.
Let's not get carried away though, we've had 3 consecutive wins against 3 poor teams, but winning breeds confidence, and when Wright, Sheaf and EMC come back, we'll give any one a game.
