not his mum no, also some question over existing contract validity
Remember the rumours of dodgy contracts when we were linked to a couple of players last summer who did'nt come ,one stayed with his current squad as I recall, expressing doubts about the team trying to attract him.

..... and possibly Sheffers, cus i still think he has something left in the tank

Really? Are you a friend, or family member of his? As I worry for any other human being who is not that close to him that wants him to stay!?!

If he had anything left in his tank, we would have seen it this season, or even a glimpse would have done.

Been here one season too many already (although I never really wanted him back in the first place, so could probably extend that to him being here 2-3 years too many)

Presumably it is actually all about business? Surely if they were offered an immediate return of some of their investment to get the club off their hands they would consider it. There is absolutely no good reason for them to stay, financially speaking or otherwise.

What about "all contracts invalid, CCFC relegated with zero points as they were all accrued illegally"? That'd be a shocker...

We have heard it Rumoured from both parties.

I can see it coming from the politicians (Stand up George Osborne as the most high profile case) but no way from a venture capitalist. Far too ruthless to have time for human traits such as pride, stubbornness or a sense of injustice. More of a "Done with that, on to the next" "Tried, failed, learn, move on"

Sisu know whatever happens they are not going to get anybody offering them anywhere near what they want. The only thing now is to sell whatever they can and go. The question is what if anything do they leave behind?

They will still have a figure in mind though, they could quite easily cut the wage bill make us break even and just wait for an acceptable bid.

They'll do well to break even in front of about 3,000 fans..

I am led to believe, that Joy IS NOT going anywhere soon, SISU are staying put, and she is going to sort out this one big mess, her foot soldiers messed up big time, and she personally is going to put it right. She does not and will not have failure on her CV.

Is Cherie Lunghi going to play her in the movie?

Meanwhile back in reality, simply being a determined woman and weally weally wanting it does not grant you success in football. How is she going to do any better? Has she been reading Football For Dummies?

Sound very familiar, too-we were told last year about how SISU hire specialists to run their companies, and those specialists had let them down. Change the record.

Joy succeeds because she knows there are two types of people, sheep and sharks. Sheep get fired. Sharks are winners, who don't look back because they don't have necks. Necks are for sheep. So don't worry about the club, let her worry about blank. Awesome to the max.

Sisu's strategy is the same whenever they buy into a company that is going to the wall. They try and make it that they are considered priority creditors - regardless of the share of the business they own (sound familiar?)

They always put as many obstacles in the way of the company getting out of administration until they get their way (again sound familiar).
They will make repeated appeals regardless of validity, to ensure that legal costs of the other side run up - the idea being they get so bogged down they settle just so they can move on (deja vu?)

To sisu this is all bread and butter. \it comes to something when even the financial community have been quoted as considering sisu as sharks! Indeed evan a judge all but called joy a liar when they had a rare loss against KPMG.

Sisu's plan all along was to try and run up legal bills for ACL to a point that they would go bust or have to buckle under. Sadly for sisu, the council stepped in!

What is unisiual in this case, is that unlike most businesses, football teams don't have customers - they have fans. Usually their plans would have worked by now and they would have long gone with a tidy packet in their pocket. This timne though passion is involved, and we will fight tooth and nail to beat them.

They surely know that moving away is not a viable plan, as eventually they would have to come back to coventry, and where would they go?

I wonder if Joe is still proud to have brought sisu in?

Jordan Clarke. I may be young but i know that Joe Jordan retired a looooooong time ago ;)

He's quicker than Sheff, and he's a Shark, so Joy might pick him.

Just read through this and I can't believe people saying Barton. He's a cracking player. People say he's lazy but it's just his style of play. Very good on the ball.

I can't see many players under contract going, especially not having their contracts cancelled cause we surely can't afford that.

Everyone out of contract will go. Also rumours of Murphy? I surely hope not! Dunn can go in my eyes. Burge can step up and be Murphy's back up!

Hmm, first post, entirely agree with all of that. Has one of my alter ego's got it's own log-in? I think Barton is my favourite City player (takes cover...).

I rate Barton, I think he and Fleck will be good in midfield next season. Fleck is my favourite player.

Even better.. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ilan-skipper-Gennaro-Gattuso-pick-fight-.html

"Famed for his toothless grimace - Jordan lost four front teeth playing for Leeds and would remove his dentures before every game - the Cleland-born striker was nicknamed 'Jaws' after the famous James Bond villain and rechristened 'Shark' by Rossoneri fans for his predatory never-say-die attitude in two seasons with the club back in the 80s."

Great that is the first time I have heard something like this.

I fully look forward to meeting Joy at the next supporters meeting.

She will explain all this. It is the last 15 board members faults who have screwed up

I have to say everything you have ever said since you have come on this forum is bollox apart from this.

These two players have more skill than most of the others. The manager who signed them had a plan for them went.

A Scottish manager with previous rangers history has come in and now one is getting used. Now if we get a previous Preston coach the other will get a chance
