Players registrations are actually with the Football League, SISU as far as I am aware only have the player's employment contracts ?

I meant if PH4 or anyone other than Sisu buys CCFC limited and with that the registrations, surely the contracts with CCFCH can then be cancelled with CCFCH by the PFA

Surely PH4 can buy the share in the Ricoh, if GS is in CCFC ltd, it would be he who has rights to play in the FL and not SISU. Therefore offering SISU a figure for player contracts and take total charge of the Club?. BUT, This is CCFC. and nothing is straight forward for us!
