It's making the wrong changes at the wrong time. It's about changing the dynamic. When we are losing changes are needed to change the dynamic. When you are winning the dynamic doesn't need changing necessarily.

We limping our way to a middle table finish.

I would have taken that at the start of the season but looking at the quality of the opposition, the fact that we have a decentish squad and that we have given away games in winning positions leads me to believe that at the end of the season we should look for other managerial options.

Robins should be doing better.

CCFC just falling short at the moment.

The run from March onwards is tough and if we don't have points on the board fuck knows what will happen
