Bit odd, Stokes match hasn't changed date has it? Wouldn't the league know this restriction before arranging the fixtures.

Prem fixtures don't get fully confirmed until a month or two beforehand, for TV reasons. (they release TV games in batches)

So my guess it that fixture has only just been confirmed as a Sat 3pm.

Yep Sky & BT released their live games for Feb on Friday I think it was.

Its a bit sad that Football fans don't appear to be (still) trusted to mingle like human beimgs,or am I wrong
Could possibly be due to cutbacks in frontline Policing and an inability to cover both?
