Our throw ins need work. We keep trying the long ones for flick ons but we never have anybody for the flick on even if we do win it.

9 times out of 10 it's straight to one of their players stood waiting, same the last couple of games.

You'd think we were playing with one of these the way the ball is bouncing

Bayliss is weird when he goes for headers, he sort of just runs and jumps into the general direction of the ball and twists. He wins a couple of fouls but can see him getting injured.

Burge collects well from a cross with a quick throw out. Does well to get us up the pitch quicker but doesn't come to anything.

McNulty is looking for passes over the top every time. He seems to have the pace over the defender, was just offside though.

We have the ball in the corner, but it somehow ends up going back to McDonald who nearly loses it to Pope.

Half Time.

I would say we need to get it down and play football but no idea how we would manage that if we tried.

HT 0-0

Not the most thrilling encounter I’ve ever witnessed

Think Biamou feels hard done by with the officials, making his point from when the ref blew for HT and walking off the pitch with them

Being a short arse in a crowd I haven’t seen everything that’s happened up the other end mostly due to the guy in front moving more than a jack in a box!

Bayliss has looked brilliant for the 4 times we passed the ball to him that half. :p Grimmer has done ok on the right of midfield but I'd definitely consider Nazon there as the half wears on and maybe take off McDonald due to his booking, shifting Willis back central and Grimmer back to RB. Ponti instead of Biamou could be an option too if we think we can get him in behind like McNulty has been trying. Not a lot of game changers on the bench today though.

Not a bad shout! We just need to start picking out the runs like McNulty is making and pick him out a bit earlier. Drop it between the defense and their box so it's a bit too risky for their keeper and let him do the defender for pace.

I thought when McDonald nearly lost the ball before half time he was going to go flying in but he did well getting it back.

Dunno what's up with McDonald in general. Really gone off the boil last few games - looks slow and heavy. Thought he might be carrying a knock but wonder if he's doing too much in the gym. In danger of getting sent off for the 2nd time against Port Vale this season!

Davies on a booking now, he gives it away and pulls their man back.

Both centre halves on a booking against tricky big defenders, a bit worrying.
